The Tangled Roots Travels

Winter is over and now we're into those days that can't seem to make up their mind whether they want to be spring or not.  One day we had 70 degrees; then a few days later it snowed again -- in April!!!  But that's Michigan for you.

We're all anxious to get outside, work in the gardens and yard, and spend lazy evenings on the deck or around a campfire.  I've noticed even Book 1, The Tangled Roots of Bent Pine Lodge, was getting antsy, so we decided to have an outing.

The first place we visited was its namesake tree.  I thought you might want to share in the joy.

If you've already read the book, you will know the significance of these rocks.

Next, I'll have to take The Dunes & Don'ts Antiques Emporium out for a walk, too. Those two are always competing for my attention.
